Returns & Exchange Policy

            At Caprizzle Corp, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with returns or exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
  • Some products, such as jewelry, beauty products, and intimate apparel, may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and safety concerns. Please check the product page for any exclusions.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team at Caprizzlecorp@gmail.com with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your items.
  3. Package the Item: Carefully pack the items in their original packaging. Include your original receipt or packing slip in the return package, and clearly write the RAN on the outside of the box.
  4. Ship the Return: Send the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your items.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Returns: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), Caprizzle Corp will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • International Returns: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for international orders unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds and Processing Time

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
  • Refunds: If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: If you prefer to exchange an item, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is processed. If the exchanged item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
  • Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to be processed, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Caprizzlecorp@gmail.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged item, and we will either replace the item or issue a refund.
  • Please include clear photos of the damage or defect when reaching out to us so we can assist you more efficiently.

Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty products, jewelry, intimate apparel, and sale items may not be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Gift cards are also non-returnable.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please check the product details carefully before completing your purchase.
